Lots to share!

Here a few pictures from our winter concert.

We worked hard with our reading buddies to create penguin haiku's.

Our blubber glove experiment was a huge success and so much fun! We all pretended we were swimming in the Arctic sea!

Over the Holiday's we played the dreidel game and used swedish fish in our estimation jar as penguin food! We counted by 2's, 5's, and 10's to see how many we had.

As a collaborative lesson we worked last week with Kindergarden to learn about Martin Luther King and create posters about our dreams for our country and the world.

In Science we learned about the change from solid to liquid and back by making ice cream. Not only educational, but delicious!

Today we participated in a house activity by helping to add soil to our garden beds.

This week we also learned about telling time and used our clocks and the smart board to show just how "smart" we are!
