Last full week before break!

This week was very busy! We started learning about another exciting arctic animal the polar bear! In math we practiced symmetry by creating snowflakes that demonstrated 2 sides of a shape that are the same. And who can forget our amazing and educational trip to the children's museum in Delray Beach!? There we saw beautiful marine paintings and sculptures using many different types of mediums. Our guide helped us discover new ways artists capture the majestic marine world. This trip was an excellent start to our upcoming interdisciplinary science unit-Junior Oceanographers!
